Blood antiproteus preparation protective activity

Human blood antiproteus preparation activity has been studied on the model of proteus etiology sepsis in white not pedigree mice. It has been found out that anti-proteus blasma and anti-proteus immunoglobulin with antibody titre 1:80 possess marked therapeutic properties. The obtained results of the experimental studies are the grounds for clinical studies carrying out with the use of blood antiproteus preparations in combined therapy of the patients with diseases of proteus etiology.
