Abstract
The levels of cytokines (IL-1b, IL-6, TNF-a, IL-2, IL-10) in patients with phlegmonous appendicitis and abdominal tuberculoses were studied. It is established that the level of cytokines IL-1b, IL-6, TNF-a considerably increases in patients with acute inflammatory process (phlegmonous appendicitis) and the level of interleukines IL-2, IL-10 considerably increases in patients with chronic inflammatory process (abdominal tuberculoses). Such parity of the cytokines levels can serve as a marker for differential diagnostics of acute and chronic inflammatory processes in abdominal cavity.
Keywords:
cytokines, acute inflammatory process, abdomi-nal tuberculosis, immuno-diagnostics.
