Arachidonic and eicosapentaenoicacid lypoxygenas products role in pathogenesisof generalized parodontities

Abstract

Mix saliva arachidonic acid lypoxygenasе products ( 5-HETE, 15-HETE, LTB4 ) amount was measured during generalised parodontities treatment by means of a radioimmunological research technique. It is placed, that their mix saliva contents augmentation at parodontities coincides with the deterioration of disease clinical features. Аpplication of Tekom keeping in a great amount eicosapentaenoic acid, leads to mix saliva 5-НЕТЕ, 15-НЕТЕ, ЛТВ4 content lowering and parodontium clinical state improvement.
