Abstract

Influence of the single injection of iphosphomid on kidney function during 24 hours after injection under functional load- ing (water and saline) was investigated. It was established that the single injection of iphosphomid to white rats led to changes of renal function manifested by decrease of creatinine clearence as well as tubular transport. It was shown that saline loading resulted in weakening of renal functional reserve accompanied by significant proteinuria, glucoseuria and disturbances of os- moregulation.
