An outstanding scientist in the field of physiology and pathophysiology of the cardiovascular system, deputy director of of O.O. Bohomolts InstitutePhysiology National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, Head of the Department of Physiology of the Blood Circulation, Editor-in-Chief of the Physiological Journal and International Journal of Physiology and Phatophysiology, twice the State Prize winner of Ukraine O.O. Bohomolts National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, Corresponding Member of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, Doctor of Medical Sciences, Professor Vadim Fedorovich Sagach September 21, 2013 is 70 years old.
