Content of interleukin 2and interleukin 4 in the blood in sinusite

Abstract

In acute inflammation the content of cytokines (IL-2, IL-4) is increase. Especially considerable is increase the content of anti-inflammation interleukines (IL-2, IL-4) in the blood. There are different displacements in chronical inflammation: the content of IL-2 and is increase, the content IL-4 is decrease. The question about a pathogenic role of established facts is dis- cussing. In result of treatment the content of anti- inflammation interleukines in the blood of ill people has increase, and the content of anti - inflammation citokine was decrease. The disbalance of anti - infla- mmation citokines is reflect the acuteness a from of treatment and dispositien of treatment and dispositien of interleukin regulation of inflammation.
