Investigating the functions of the respiratory system some disorders of the ventilation capacity and the lung respiratory functions, external respiration, hypoxic changes in circulatory type at the functional loadings were revealed in children exposed to chronic radiation effects during the postaccident period. It was supposed that an increase in the intensity of free radical processes in the body and the presence of dysadaptation conditions are the basis of changes revealed.
