The development of delayed-type hypersensitivity in the progeny of female rats with a chronic liver lesion from the action of immobilization stress

Abstract

Some peculiarities of the formation of slow-type hypersensitivities reaction under the influence of immobilizing stress were studied in rats progeny with experimental damage of hepatobiliary system (autoimmune, cholestatic, toxic) by Lagrange method in early postnatal period (on the 1st, 15, 30, 45 day). It is determined that in this group of animals there is an impairment of formation of adequate cellular immune reactions.
