Abstract

В опытах на крысах-самках линии Вистар изучали содержание первичных и вторичных продуктов перекисного окисления липидов при возрастной атрофии кожи, а также влияние кислоты аскорбиновой на их содержание. Установлено, что использование аскорбиновой кислоты в качестве эндо- генного антиоксиданта способствует снижению высокого уровня продук- тов перекисного окисления липидов в коже крыс.
